A Cut in Spending?

President Obama has requested $100 million dollars in budget cuts.  But hold on.  What does that really mean?  This chart really puts the size, or lack thereof, of this reduction into perspective.  Harvard University economics professor Greg Mankiw likens this to a family with a budget of $100,000 going $34,000 over budget responding by reducing spending by...three dollars.

I am very thankful to see that the AFP and the Heritage Foundation have teamed up. I hope that more organizations will come on board and pull all their resources together in fighting against those holding offices that are making these bad decisions for our country. I believe, without a shadow of doubt, that they want to destroy our country, they are the enemy within. And we need to get them out now on charges of treason, because not only are they recking our economy, they are also trying to destroy our constitution,in which they took an oath to protect. We really need to start cleaning up our government offices and put in people who will truly lead.
